The award is valid only for the date and name printed on the certificate.

Conditions for Using Awards

Each award certificate is valid for the number of nights, room type, and the hotel indicated on the certificate.
Please make sure that you have the required number of mile at the time you request an award. Otherwise we cannot accept your request.
Hotel award reservation must have been confirmed before the necessary mileage is deducted from your JMB account.
  • * Hotel awards cover room charges only. You are responsible for the payment of other charges.
  • * You must present the hotel award certificate when checking in at the hotel, or you will be charged normal room rates.

Restrictions for Hotel Awards

  • The number and types of rooms and the dates available for awards are limited.
  • Requests for special room types and bed types are not accepted.

Changes to Hotel Awards

Once requested, changes to the dates, hotel user name, room type and bed types are not permitted.
Changing to a different award is not permitted.

Reinstatement of Mileage

Refunds must be requested at least 14 days prior to the check-in date with applicable fee and original certificate.

How to Request and Receive Hotel Awards

Please call JMB Center or JAL office of your membership registration for hotel award reservations. Reservaions can only be accepted for check-in dates from 14 days to 6 months prior to your check-in date.
(Due to our contract agreements there are some cases in which we may not be able to accept reservations 6 months in advance.)
