- Reservations which are not completed at the end of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
- A valid e-mail address and valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: AMEX, DINERS, JCB, MasterCard, Visa
* If you want to pay using a JAL branded credit card issued in Japan, please choose co-branded cards such as Diners, JCB, MasterCard and Visa on this site.
- Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through JAL webesite.
- All charges will be in the local currency of the country of departure.
- Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
- We accept reservations only on JAL Group flights, code share flights and on certain itineraries connecting flights operated by other airlines.
- This service is available up to 6 hours prior to departure, or until 23:59 of the day before departure, whichever is earlier.
