Reservations which are not completed at the end of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
A valid e-mail address and a valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: AMEX, DINERS, JCB, MasterCard, VISA.
The credit card holder must be part of the travelling party.
The credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through www.sg.jal.com must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through www.sg.jal.com.
All charges will be in the local currency of the country of departure.
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
Through this service, we accept reservations on JAL Group flights only.
As the eligible sectors may vary with the fare basis, please confirm the fare rules.
This service is available up to 1 day (24 Hours) prior to the departure date.
Any bookings made by passengers between Friday from 1730 hrs to Monday 0000 hrs and on Public holiday for travel that falls on Saturday, Sunday, Monday morning and public holiday, tickets will be issued only at airport JAL check-in counter.
Please kindly produce your credit card for payment when you approach the counter for your ticket issuance. The credit card billing is done at the check in counter.
